This evening I took my air box off to change the rubber seal around where the air box joins the carbs
I noticed some oil sitting in the corner of this area ?
My reason for changing this seal is I'm trying to stop its new habit of hunting when warm since I fitted cbr coils .
The oil must have come up from the carbs but I'm not running with any smoke from the exhaust ,
so a tad confused and just wondering if I have an internal problem
Oil in the top of my carbs ?

Your crankcase breather will feed hot air from the engine into the airbox, this is the likely way the oil has come up, its normal to have some oil film on the carbs, yours does look quite a lot.

Oiled air filter + evaporated fuel that's spat back from carbs. Nothing to worry about

Nothing to worry about as said it will be from your crankcase pipe
