Hi, I have a set of Tokico 4 pots (dont know which model) on my bike and I'm just swapping out the undrilled bolts for lockwire drilled bolts - dont want to drill myslef.
Question is, what size are the bolts?
I know they are 10mm dia & 35mm long, as I popped up to B&Q yesterday to get the thread size but I dont know the pitch, 1.25 or 1.5.
Thx
Jonesy

Re: Tokico 4 pots
as you dont know the model its gonna be hard to predict, best bet measure yourself, measure the distance between 5 of the teeth, if its 6mm then the thread pitch is 1.5, if the distance is 5mm the thread pitch is 1.25mm.

Re: Tokico 4 pots - spacer size
Final Q on this one.
The 4 pots I'm using are binding on the discs, more than likely a centreing of the claipers issue.
The question is, what thickness of spacer is needed to centre them?
The dimensions of the spacers that I've found on the forum are all 1.5mm (top-hats) but that's using a 8mm dia bolt and mine are 10mm.
Any ideas folks?
Thx

4 pot tokicos?
are these stock 4 pot calipers?
there should be a need for spacers, unless im missing something.

Hi there, no, they are not stock calipers, they're aftermarket upgrades, maybe K1-3.
My other bike has the stock ones on and they are definately not the same.
Thx

Ah okies,
Dunno if it helps, but on the 4pot blade nissins i had, about 5mm was chopped out of the top of the caliper where the disc travels through and the caliper had to be spaced 5mm (i think) from the fork.
