Room for a night near the Suffolk coast?

Hi guys, im going to be helping out on an archaeological dig (if they get all their funding) at Leiston Abbey in early/mid July 2013 and im wondering if anyone near Ipswich/Lowestoft/stowmarket etc, could put me up for a night, possible 2?

I would be coming on the trusty zxr 400, so i wont need masses of parking, however i would like to be within ~30 miles of my destination, as its a long day on the dig (8:30am - 8pm).

I wont need feeding (maybe we can do a breakfast?) and ill bring suitable monetary compensation if you want.

Ill try to get a weekend slot, but it might be a weekday?

ok i would need a place to stay from ~5pm saturday 6th of July, until ~8am Sunday 7th July 2013 if anyone is feeling generous?

a fair number of b&b's dont do single weekend night stays...
