I bought a new set of carbs, second hand.
Cleaned them and i have a new problem.
I think the new carbs are over flooding, they are leaking.
3 out of 4 i think.
Guess i buy a carb repair kit, and change the gasket.
But im not sure if this is the solution.

Overflow usually means the floats are set too high. Set them back to 11mm and check again for overflow.

See how you go without the heater circuit. If its ok then you wont have to spend the time/money sorting it.

Its a bad camera, but about 23 seconds in the video..
From carb 2 & 3 from the bottom, only small drops.

Re: Problem with the zxr (video)
That looks to be leaking from the drain plugs, have you tried tightening the screws up? If not some dirt might be right in the bottom stopping the plugs from closing properly as that's where the dirt settles, I had to unblock mine with a needle

Re: Problem with the zxr (new video)
Sounds like something rubbing or catching but not sure what, as for the drain screws, if you tighten them up it should stop them leaking but you might want to strip the carbs and give them a good clean, hopefully someone else will chip in with an idea what that high pitch sound is, just try listening around the engine to see if you can locate the area its coming from and start there, ross

Re: Problem with the zxr (new video)
@julian, your leak is coming from the fuel drain screws, best bet is to take the carbs off, remove the back of the fuel bowl (the bi with the drain screw, then remove the drain screw and give the inside of the fuel bowl and the drain screw threads a damn good clean.
you can then test them for leaks by tightening the drain screw and filling just the back of the fuel bowl with petrol and check for leaks.
the drain screws can get seized and as you take them out, the non-allen end can get damaged and break.
to me that sound seems like something tapping, have you checked the valve clearances?
