engine electrics

Hi got my engine back in the frame today managed most of my electrics but struggling with earths

firstly where does the cable from the negative battery go as i cant remember ?

iv also got a earth strap with nothing atttatched too



Is this in the correct place as im pretty sure how this was before ?

Just want this correct before i assemble the rest of the bike

the earth from the battery bolts to the engine right beside where the breather come out.................thats the second time today I've answered that one

yes thats it in the photo right by the breather
M6 10mm scocket to get it off

where does the cable there go as its all a mess

i also have a earth strap attatched to the frame which isnt connected to anything ?

THE EARTH LEAD FROM THE BATTERY BOLTS TO THE ENGINE VIA THAT LITTLE M6 BOLT THERE IN YOUR PHOTO RIGHT BY THE BREATHER

I think it would help if you pointed out by means of an arrow what wire your on about. If its the black and yellow wire, which in that picture could be the only one I amagine your talking about, then thats where it should be. Theres another black and yellow wire that bolts to the frame just in front of the rear shock mount, but i cant see that in your piccie.

If your talking about any other wire in that picture i wouldnt even know which ones they are, it looks like wire spaghetti!

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but wouldnt it have been easier to label up the loom before taking it out??
