Melted Airbox

Hi everyone

Has anyone ever had an airbox melt where it sits on top of the carbs?
The round plastic rings that kind of sit into the carbs a little.

The crap has been melted out of mine all disformed ,they dont even look like circles anymore.

I had a spare from the zx4 and just had a look at the and they are slightly melted ,but useable,I think!

So is it just me??

Never had it happen. I'm surprised its hasnt happened with a ram air system on my race bikes, maybe one day, but I hope not

Happened to every standard airbox i had on the H. Need to put them in the bin really and use a plate type bellmouths, much better.
