Ex track bike, supposed to have reprofiled cams.
Std. airbor with extra holes drilled in it. Std. airfilter - K&N still in box.
Full Micron system.
Was running fine - 9 years ago! - when I stripped it, now back together and fitted with the Micron system. Prev. std. system and aftermarket can.
Carbs cleaned out and fine but now wont rev clean or out.
Just bought some 32mm carbs as the ones on it are 30mm, please advise jet / needle etc. so I can get in the ball park before it goes to the dyno.

does it have standard needles?as this can also effect jet size.what are the mixture screws set at?
also where are the holes drilled in the airbox?why has it been drilled?is the snorkel fitted?
loads of factors effect jet size nearly every bike is different
why not just start at standard size and settings and go from there
