TTS sell the big bore kits so i guess they would be the best people to source you a proper head gasket

Thanks but i've tried to contact them a few times via e-mail (only answer inquiries via e-mail if from abroad as i've discovered on their site), looks like they're not interested in selling across the water cause i've been getting zilch-tuut-replies

hi, as far as i know there is no head gasket available for the big bore engine, the normal tactic (including TTS) is to file out a standard gasket to fit. if you have a dremel or somthing along those lines it doesn't take long.
if you should be lucky enough to find the genuine kawasaki kit head gasket, then these have a little more scope for filing out as the compresion area is further out. very hard to find now though.
