To be honest I just got them cos they are cheap and am trying to keep budget down to a min and once it's fully finished and I have had a bit of time on it, I will start on weight saving and doing upgrades.

I'm wanting to see what it's like as close to a road bike as possible, before going all in.
That way I can compare it before and after upgrades.

I will let you know what the pads are like once I'm riding it.

make a proper race loom only if you NEVER intend to put it back to standard...mine will never go back to road trim so i made a full race loom...its worth it, my loom and switches weighs just over 400g...

Well I'm thinking of a race loom but with the horn and brake light on it, so I can get a day time MOT.

Hoping to take it to the Isle of Man next year but it still need to be road legal.

Hello all, sorry for the delay...

It's been 11mths since my last confession, I mean post.

Not much has happened on the bike as I had a baby, well the wife did!

Anyhow I'm back on it now so I will start to post some pictures shortly. Had a guy come out today and wire it up for me as I don't have a clue about electrics.
Very happy with all the work he has done, smartened all of it up after I had made a birds nest out of it all.
