Nah, that's the end can that gets passed about for the bike(s) for MOTs - some steel wool in it and it makes it 86db

Detailing the discs and calipers today, awesome getting 20yrs of brake dust out of the bobbins and drilled holes , rear caliper and hanger almost look new now , Brembos on the front are just about there too (new nipples needed all round in SS)

Another session in a couple of days time should see it done

Oh, will find the thread - been doing hot start testing & analysis , there could be a fix for the most common reason

Rear master now swaped out for a 1/2" Brembo
Similar to front master as travel is about 1mm Haven't slid it up the road yet and it actually stops the bike with out using front brakes New pads next ! Using it with a race tube with stopper & breather so a wee bit of weight saving too, K-Factory are soon to come out with a billet rear - looks like it might be 14mm (Got a Nissin one already)

New sprocket is also on so a pic of that next.

Had seen one of these for sale a couple years back, 1st reaction was " that's ugly ! "

I am still on the fence about it to this day

But curiosity got the better of me so I picked one up , had been used in it's original gel coat finish so needing a wee bit of TLC and sprayed the proper colour

Might pinstripe if I can find the correct pearlescent white and blue to match - got a good idea what to cut up but cost might prohibit

Have to say it's growing on me but still think it's ugly - bit like owning a Pug

That''s certainly a love it or hate it piece. Be fun to make a mold of it and mod it a bit. it should clean up the airflow around the forks. Will it push air away from the radiator though?
