What do you mean 'took it down the plastic' ?

Did you not use a primer coat then? What about laquer/clear coat?

looks good that. I think I should polish the rest of my frame, well atleast take the paint off it.

Re: the bottom end power I read that its best to block of the air corrector jets when you have an aftermarket exhaust fitted. I tihnk it was slower racing who said that. He sugested using chemi metal in the jet but I would solder it then you can always put it back how it was. I might have to do it with mine yet.

Looks good with the solo seat against the light, only just seen that.

IMHO, that polished frame has set the bike off :smt003

Having helped my mate do his ZZR600 frame and arm many moons ago I know the task you've had!!

Keep up the good work :smt023

its automatic mate, so you either need a new tensioner, new chain or both.

how do you get to the tensioners would i have to remove the cam shafts ?
bikes booked in for its MOT now so then as soon as i fix the engine noise i'm going to be selling it.
i cant afford to restrict and insure it myself or i would be keeping it for sure.
as im not insured and will be taking to bike on a trailor to get it'd MOT does anyone know if you can get tax if the bike isnt insured ? i seem to remeber you need an insurance certificate.

Them long silverbits eaither side? for some reason there really hard to get hold of! its worth emailing some people in the for sale section who's brakeing them might be able to help or http://www.ams-motorsport.co.uk/

i think its worth 1,500 easy and all the worth you've done you should get more. But what its worth and what poeple are going to pay are to completly diffrent things unfornatly
