you can now mark you adverts as SOLD by clicking the "tick" in your topics.
this will lock the topic so no further responses can be made and mark the topic as SOLD
this will enable MODs and Admin to delete old for sale topics.

i will give it a week then delete all threads marked as [SOLD] then will clean up all the other for sale items older than 2015
