i have a set of h1 cams spare - i have 80 rwhp with these cams ( 444cc with Full race FCRS )- way better than the L model ones.

have matching caps also

just discovered that zx4 cams are ment to be a better job,
i have a zx4 engine!i already took the sump off it for the zxr,
is it a big job to swap them out,
i once done a sprag clutch in an rsv,sucsesfully !!im slightly mechanicaly minded ,
id like to have a go at it at some stage if its not to complicated??

has anyone here done that before ,?

anyone know if its a handy job or best left to an expert.

I would have thought an easy enough to do job
However the oil clearances would need to be right
