Quick Action Throttle

Hello,
I am currently in the process of converting a road going zxr400 to a track bike for next year, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a quick action throttle (I assume this to be 1/4 turn?) and if there are any ones that fit from other bikes straight onto the zxr400.
I know most mx bikes use a 1/4 turn and I don't see why these wouldn't be useable (22mm handle bar etc) however It does depend on the length of cable needing to be pulled to open the throttle bodies fully... I could measure the cable length from carbs closed to fully open and compare with other bikes but this would be alot easier said than done.
Any help would be appreciated.
