Make an L engine to TOP, suggestions welcome.

I have 2 L engines spare, not SP.
I want to built one with the best options for max bhp, for track use only.
I see many members in this forum run race engines, but with some restrictions do the rules.
I want to suggest where, i can buy/make modifications.
I think/want to made this:
CNC gas flowed head and comp rate, what is the diff from 3 angle to 5 angle, can be noticeable to our engines?
Steel valves (why steel and where to buy).
SP gearbox (where to buy) we have 2 tracks and need to have 1st gear to some turns, but the option to get from the
apex without change to 2nd.
Crank race specs (lighten and polished), is there is a kit part for baffle to keep the oil down in very lean angles or a deep sump?
SP flat slide carbs (in race conditions and track use need the TPS)
SP ingiter and rotor.
In race kit manual says remove the generator, in BDK made one ligther, need the generator on not?
For ram air system I think is difficult to setup in dyno-work here in Greece.
What is the con-rods max bhp that can work OK with no problems, can be a modification for better results?
