Hi from Wales I have 3 zxr400 1 h track bike and 2 l,s all in bits will be starting a rebuild in the next few weeks

Hi Newbie here, I bought a zxr750 jan 1996, with a 900 conversion last weekend. it has been stood for a few years, luckily the carbs were drained and the fuel tank disconnected. the carbs look great inside.
Ive been doing various jobs getting on it ready for a strip and fettle powder coat parts etc (winter project). i thought before i spend any serious money, i want to here it run first.
Tried some easy start and turning over great, but not firing, checked plugs and no spark.
Oil lights are on idiot lights but no neutral? bike is not in gear. ive tried to start with clutch in and out.
Is this possibly the kill switch maybe? or any other ideas much appreciated
can some1 please point me in the right direction, as where to look on here.
