bogging down

So i finally got my bike up and running. turns out it was the stupid fuel pump that died on my. well i got a new pump and battery on it and it turns on and runs but if i throttle down on it hard while riding it starts to bog down. i cant just snap the throttle back i have to ease into it. what could be the problem?
