Hey guys I'm in a similar situation and need to restrict my zxr to 47bhp. Of the internal hole needs to be 28mm, does anyone know the external diameter? Also, can the internal hole be central as the ones I've seen are off centre and triangular shaped? Thanks again!

The offset triangular shapes are better as with the circular ones fuel can sit on the base of the restrictor and then sort of get gulped by the bike, if one of the OP's says that the 29mm hole works then you can use that to work out the area and get them machined with the correct size hole but triangular
