Grab Handle/Tail Fin fitment

Hi Guys,
I hav a ZXR400 L2 but have changed the fairings to the L9 as mine were a bit worse for wear. The fairing didnt come with a tail fin/grab handle and There is one on Ebay just what im looking for.
How does it fit onto the bike, Obviously I have the holes in the seat fairings ready but cant see how it would fit.
