Ok,

I decided to strip back my wiring loom at the CDI and fuse box end because it was pretty much falling off anyway. I bought some loom tape to tape it all back up but as I was stripping the old tape back, there's a BROWN cable coming off the fuse box and someone has cut the BLUE/YELLOW and then soldered the BLUE/YELLOW cable to the BROWN cable then taped it all up?? WTF does this mean? looks to me like someone has done this to maybe derestrict something?

Anyone else got this done to their ZXR?

what a look at the wiring diagrams in the electrical manual, I seem to remember the brown being your ignition supply though.
