				I am the proud owner of an L1 zxr 400, Im havin abit of prob which im clueless about, i leave work happy that im on my 4 but i get to the same place everyday and it starts to run on 2 cylinders or so it sounds sometimes it cuts out sometimes not! If i get it started and keep the revs up all 4 cut in but after 1/4 mile im at square 1, please help guys!!!

				could be ya ignition leads breaking down. But if it is defintaly 2 cylinders its only running on id like to bet that its either the two inner or two outer cylinders, suggesting one of your ignition coils are on thier way out. May even just be one of the small connectors come off.

				If you hold the bike flat out and it starts to bang then it is the coils 
Look for a good bypass and just open it up.
Is it when the bike is warm have a look at the temperture gauge 
Have you changed any thing end can or where you buy your fuel look for the simple answer first 
We have had coils go down before it is like having a flat battery or jetting problems most of the time at the top end of the rev range

				well fellow zxr owners ive gone and bought new coils swapped them over and my bike seems to be runnin fine now, fingers crossed it stays that way!!! cheers guys thank for your help!!!!!

Did you try on the bypass or just changed the coils and fingers crossed

				i wouldn`t have got to the bypass!!! so i changed them, then went on the bypass!!!
