L model speedo for H model bike

Is it possible to remove mph speedo's from an L model ZXR 400 and fit them to a H model ZXR 400. I'm sick of the mph sticker overlay on my ZXR400H1.

The speedo dial and cable itself should be a direct swap. I wasn't aware that they were any different?
Perhaps someone else can shed light...

yeah they are a straight swap, the only diffence between the mph and kmh speedo is the backing of the clock that has the numbers written on it
