Hi guys , not been on for a while as zx4g is off the road (engine problems i think)

got hold of a zxr400 L1 version not long a go which has a minor problem

The indicators cut out at 2.5k and refuse to work at speed so i am buggered if i want to go down the motorway
The indicators are aftermarket not oem is it worth me getting a decent set of original ones ??

are they LED or bulbs?

FYI, there is no connections between the tacho or coils and the indicators, does it do this at a standstill, in neutral or in gear on paddock stands?

They are bulbs not leds , they do it whether on a stand or running , they are aftermarket indicators not the normal type found on a zxr normally the factory fitted version . Been told it might be the wire loom ??

If your physical bulbs are fine its time.to get the multimeter out and look for a wiring break.
