how to tell if my bike is restricted

Hi ive been reading a couple posts and have question if any
Can help that will be great

I have a zxr H model with a red stickered cdi and have the kph - mph conversion on the clocks
Is this still restricted?

IF your bike will do more than 110 mph it does NOT have an operational factory fitted Japanese market restriction.
