how to test the efficiency of the IC Igniter

model motorcycles: Kawasaki ZXR 400 L1
after having removed some wires, relays and useless units for use on the track (front & rear, arrows, speedometer etc. ..) when I went to replace the wiring for all electrical work perfectly, but does not reach the spark plugs for the the ignition.
I tested the connection to the ignition coil with igniter ic (gray wire) and is a low emission current.
ascertained this thing how can I test the efficiency of my IC igniter testers without whom I do not have a kawasaki and without trying it on a bike like mine?
