only had zxr400 for a few weeks not drove her yet due to waiting to past my test, but tonight i,d thought i,ll switch the head lights on to see
what the speedo and rev lights look like. seems that only the rev unit lights work. so looks like i,ll have to replace the bulb in the speedo unit, how easy it to change and what type of bulb is it ?
cheers

You can probably change them by taking the screen off but for full unhindered access get the nose cone off.
They sit in a rubber seat which is a pain to get out of the clocks but with care come out. Word of warning don't pull them out. By the wire!
You can probably get them at halfords, just take one in n match it up with the huge selection they have. Failing that, cradley kawasaki should be able to source them.

halfords do them, or similar enough wattage to be ok. As rob says, for unhindered access, take the nose cone off, but be ccareful when doing this as they are easy to crack at the bend.
