cant get a spark from my race bike

all components are working as i have tested them in my other bike just cant get a spark please help

Wiring problem? Do you have 12 volts going to the coil?

not sure should ther be a constant twelve volts or pulsing with the starter

I expect it will be pulsing from the starter

Hi thorny. No it shouldnt be pulsing the voltage at the coils (red wires)should be 12volts if your battery is good. Dont let Harvey confuse you! if you have trimmed the wiring loom and removed the ignition switch?
The grey wire feeding the cdi needs to be reduced to 9volts,anything above this will stop the spark. there are two option! take the ignition swich apart and remove the 100 ohm resistor and wire it into the loom or buy some from an electronics supplier,they cost around 10p each.
