Help race bike wont start

i have just fitted new engine to my race bike i thought while i was at i would do the coil stick mod, i know have no spark at all thought it was the coils so i plugged the orginal one in and still no spark! i have a reading from the pick up and power and power to the coil wires but no spark, my bike is running a race loom but has an after market ECU so i dont need the resistor in the loom! i cant figure it please help!
