my front wheel only clears my plastics by 2-3mm left it until now i had my crash replaced the forks but that didnt make a difference. checked my yolks seem fine and all the fairing mounts are perfect what could it be? i was thinking mayby i didnt pull the forks through the yolk high enough as everyone's front tyre seems to be fairly close to there nose cone height wise where as mine is miles away!

Assuming you have checked you yoke and it is ok, along with the forks etc, then the only other thing that would be the issue would be the headstock and frame.
Check it out mate.

edit, are the plastics all sitting correctly? you may have bent fairing mounts.

What size tyre are you running? 120/60 is the correct one but some people use a 120/70, which will be closer to the plastics because of the higher profile.

Good shout on getting the frame in a jig.

If it is twisted then bin it and get a straight one from ebay or on here if one is available.

I would want to ride a twisted, then straightened frame. It will be weaker.

But changing frames is a big job to say the least and if its just the yokes would be alot of money wasted

Well yeah if its the yokes just get a new set, but if the frame is buggered at the headstock i wouldnt use that frame again.

A frame swap aint THAT big a job, prolly a weekends work, 3days at most.

Other things to check,
Headstock bearings - make sure they are seated properly, and the top nut is wound down enough

Check the shaft of the yoke is straight by holding it against a straight edge

check the yokes by eye, and placing them on a flat surface.

Are you sure the forks you have are deffo straight?

look around the headstock for any creasing/cracking or flaking of paint (if its a painted frame.
