pheeeeeew!, maneged to trace back the origional key from 2 previouse owners!!, a bit miffed off that they had a key all this time to my bike 
but on the posative side, YAYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its fixed lol.. now g2 wait untill wedensday for the key to arive =) 
=) then the bike has to be put back together again =/.... Cheers all for the advice over this, been very very helpful and its all been very much apreciated!!
