50mm.
the b1h 6r front end drop straight into the zxr yokes. Ballsout racing is the chap to ask, he comes on here under that name.

Yeah, the 2003/4 ZX6r go straight in the ZXR400L Yokes, they're 25mm longe though so you'll have that much extra poking through the top of the yokes. I'm pretty sure the 2005> ZX6r are the same as well, except the disks are bigger, so don't mix the model years up years up, or just get the dics to match the year of the fork. I also think the ZX10r is the same.

The other thing is the forks are waisted between top oand bottom yokes, so depending how far through the forks you have them, you may need a 1mm sleeve made up for the clipons to clamp to.

so would a complete front end (wheel, calipers ect) fit in it? i was wondering about the speedo drive and would i need a new spindle made or would the 6r one be ok? just a few ideas i got floating around...

Ah, forgot to mention the speedo thing, mine's a race bike. There is obviously no drive for a cable on the 600, as they're all electronic now. You'd have to work something else out. I doubt you'd be able to get a drive from the front to fit. I would look at the possibility of fitting an electronic speedo.

i was after a 600 wheel preferably cos mines a bit buckled and its a biatch trying to get a 400 front wheel. would an early 6r wheel with a mechanical speedo fit? spacers or spindles arent a problem.

ballsout could probably tell you exactly, but if your ok with an electronic speedo then its probably not worth worrying about :)

Sorry, haven't kept up to date with this. Any wheel could be made to fit with the correct bearings fitted and spacers made up, but, the biggest problem will be to get discs to fit and work with the calipers. And I'm afraid I don't have a clue what would work. It would require lots of measuring :smt017

i did think about using a complete zx6r front end with radial calipers and a brembo master cylinder so maybe all i would need to change were the brake lines. then i thought about the speedo so it might be a bit of hassle. i did have plans for a one off bike but realisticaly i dont think its gonna happen. think ill keep it how it is and look at a zx6r at the end of the year. then play with that! :smt003
