Front Forks rebuild ??

Hi everybody, well the project starts today in getting this baby back to its former glory 
, I am based near Rochester in Kent, and would like to send the original forks somewhere, and get them checked and rebuilt, also I would like to re-new the rear shock, please does anybody know where I should go for this, and indeed what is the best way to go with the rear shock ?? thanks
