Me and an experienced motorcycle tech was setting up my suspension earlier so we done the rear sag ect came to the front and he was checking my rebound and said it needs less rebound ,

so we got a flat head screwdriver and went to adjust it in the top of the forks and they won't budge stuck solid ,

is this common ? and is there a soloution !

i have them soaking in WD40 over night and going to look again tomorrow and hope for the best
