I have a H2 swingarm that i want to stick on my H1 frame, is this possible? What is swappable and would i need any extra parts?

Yes you can.

you will need to get the H2 axel (wider diameter) and change the wheel bearings on your wheels as the axel hole is larger.
make sure you have the correct size chain adjusters to fit aswell

ive done it before, youll save about 1.5kg from memory.
