The best way to remove any circlip is to use circlip pliers...................also prefect for replacing circlips......If I remember rightly Draper do a nice pair with interchangable tips for reaching akward ones....................

think i got some of those kicking about somewhere in my tool box

cheers for the advice on the master cylinder

looks like cant get bike on the road for a while so i got loads of time to get the brakes sorted and poss get new brake lines to go with the revamped cylinder

nice old thread here! few questions...

any one know what bore/stroke the zxr400 master cylinder is, and also what the zx7r master cylinder is? I need a bigger capacity mc to shift more fluid on a twin disc conversion on another bike. I was thinking the zx7r one might be biggest since it runs 6 pot caliper doesn't it? Thoughts?
