How can I tell the difference between L and H model rims?

Hi, I bought a job-lot of zxr 400 parts the other day including a front and rear rim and I'm not sure if they're L model rims or H model rims.
Can anyone tell me a way of telling the difference between the models.
Thanks

I have a suspicion that the fronts might be the same (not certain though!) but on the rears its easy - the cush drive on the H is massive compared to the L.

The rear is a H model then, i thought it looked rather big, i just couldn't be bothered to take my wheel off to compare it
cheers for the info.

fronts are not the same, spacers are different as the fork bottoms are different and the non-speedo side bearing is recessed a different amount
also H1 and H2 rears differ, the H2 shares the cush drive with the L but again as with fronts the spacers are different
H1 also has a smaller diameter axle

I'll pop my l wheel out the bike and try the front one to determine that then.
Thank you

I forgot about the smaller rear axle on the H1 as well! Gave me a bit of grief as I did the H1 - H2 conversion on my race bike! Ended up going all the way to ER6 wheels instead.
