Tyre valve size

Does anyone know off the top of their head whether the tyre valve is an 8.3 or 11.3mm, couldn't find anything in the manual and cradley doesn't state what size it is...

Are you referring to the diameter of the hole in the rim or the thread size?

I don't have a bare rim to measure, so I can only look at the valve on my wheel. The outer diameter of the rubber section immediately adjacent to the rim is 13mm. So I would suggest that the hole must be 8.3 as 11.3 would allow very little overlap. Now that I've said that, I've just realised that the valve is much bigger diameter inside the rim, so maybe the hole is 11.3!!! Sorry - not a lot of help! Perhaps someone has a bare rim they could measure?

For future reference i measured the rim and the hole was 11.3mm in size, but we had a 14mm lying around the workshop that i squeezed in, test rode it and all seemed fine so it looks like there isn't a certain size needed!
