Head gasket - Any specialist tools?

As title when doing the headgasket on the zxr400 are there any specialist tools that are needed?

Hi,
Yeah there is coming to think of it, a nice cold Guinness and a packet of fags.
Not really mate, I think it's all straight forward, I haven't taken a head off...yet but I got a spare engine in me garage that I'm thinking of referbing (could be fun). I think you only need what's stated above and the usual tools. Just make sure you get the timing right when reassembling

any guides on doing it? iv asked about and nobody seems to want to do it.

Nah i don't think they're are any guides. The manual is all I did it with, it's not difficult, just make sure you organise all the bits nd bolts you take off so you know exactly where they came from. And also if it starts to look tricky, take pictures so you can make sure you put it back exactly how you found it.
