what would happen if a zxr engine did 20,000rpm?

Basically searching on the web and I found the zxr250 has a 20k redline, looked up the wiring diagram and I could wire the 250 cdi in, so what do people think would happen? Engine rip itself to shreds?

. You must have some empty roads near you, I struggle to get to 14.500, 10,000 usually brings the traffic into sharp focus rather speedily.

No, I think that sign is for if it worked, even for 5 minutes, jealousy you see! And yes, special cupboard has an effect, amazing how fast you can go afterwards...
