The cam caps are pretty much non replaceable. Reason being is they are machined individually for each head. So in escence you need a new head with cam caps that came with it. Buying the caps on thier own might work but i beilieve its the oil ways which wont line up.

When removing or replacing the cam cap the bolts need to be done up evenly like when you torque down the bolts on the head of an engine. tightening/undoing one all the way and doing the rest will stress the cap and break it.

the pictures is hard to see, but if its just the screw-hole for the rocker cover then you should be able to get one TIG/MIG welded on.

they will weld a rod of aluminium on, and then tap it so you have your screw hole.

if not, as rob said, its new head time...but i know which will be cheaper, a welder will charge no more than £50 to make you a new screw hole.
