Cams and Caps

				Hello,
I have two engines which I have stripped and since rebuilt one as the crank shaft was knackered on one. I have mixed up the cams and caps though and now, on start up it makes a hell of a rattle when the engine is running. Although it starts on the button.

I have since taken the head off (as I thought maybe I have dropped a washer in the spark plug hole) and rebuilt back up to re-installing the cams. One exhaust cam has M1 and the other has M2 is there a difference?

Also is there a way of being able to check which caps go with which cams with out going through the numerous combinations of caps, cams and rebuilds?
What a dumbass I am! :smt013
