Hi guys not sure I anyone can help me here. My machine is a 1989 H1 400 and on the Alternator side of my engine (where the coolant hose leads into the water pump), Even the OEM Kwaka hose is too short to reach. It has an aftermarket BEET alternator cover but doesn't seem to be much fatter than the original but I don't have access to an original to check..

Has anybody else had this problem or know of the H1 hose on that side being a bitch anyway?

In actual fact there's nothing to say it's even designed for the 400 but it fits perfectly with the fairing gap on said side. Can provide pics if needed. Cheers!

Are you sure that you have the oem radiator and fitted like it should be? It´s just an idea, the h1 has a smaller one than later models and maybe you have a different rad...

Otherwise you might need to buy new hoses^^
