Hey guys
Having some serious issue with cooling my kwak
I filled up the coolant in the expansion camber to the full level mark an took the faring off to get to the rad cap only to discover she doesn't have one. Was jus wondering how you would fill her up with the amount specified? Also she seems fine when going at speed (needle sits about half way) but in crawl traffic the needle starts to raise rapidly an starts to boil the coolant out. The fan seems to have a mind of its own only switching on rare occasions
cheers in advance
Damian

im pretty sure you need to remove the fuel tank and airbox to get to the H model coolant cap...

I have the same problem... but I don't know what is wrong

The problem starts in the traffic.... the temperature go high too fast
I worry could be the engine gasket......
but it dosen't have the classic problem like (white smoking) or (oil in the water)
just one day it starts with 3 cilinders and after 10 minutes works well... :smt013

Sorry about my english winks

You should start a new thread for this really.
Some things to check would be
Thermostat
Radiator condition and check fan works
Check the plugs to see what condition they are in, a lot can be learned from your spark plugs
Check there is a decent spark at each plug
Test your coils
Maybe think about flushing the cooling system
Clean and balance carbs
Check valve clearances and make sure timing is correct.
That should get you on your way
