just a matter of putting a switch somewhere like the infill panel and wiring it up to the wires off the radiator switch, simple on/off switch is all thats needed.

Pull out the two wires connected to the radiator and make a parallel circuit with a switch. Simples.

That way you can have the radiator fan manually operated, as well as still retaining normal operation.
