ZXR400 L SP carb main jet sizes

Merry xmas 
Pulled my fcr's off my track 400 L and thought I'd check the jet sizes as it was running rich on the dyno (78hp, and 10/1 on the air/fuel!). There's loads of carbon around the exhaust ports of the cyl head also.
The jet's I pulled out were 190's!! That's 1.9mm measuring them up to a drill bit.
What are std, and what rough main jet sizes should I have??
Bike has kent cams, micron full exhaust, and full ram air box. Thanks in advance.
