bought this of ebay from motofairings -
http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/motofairings/. I have decided that
i want a better final finish on bike once it is finished. Therefore have decided to source original fairing panels. This would be good for someone looking to replace damaged fairing or have a set for track days etc.
The paint quality isnt brilliant and the odd lug is missing. To be able to fit this fairing the buyer is required to drill most of the required holes. It has not been fitted bike so i do not know the quality of the fit.

still cheap though .. uk made fibre glass stuff is about the same price for a full kit and then you have to paint it .. and buy fixings, and drill holes and yank on it to make it fit.

those chinese panels arn't usually fiberglass though, it's a brittle moulded plastic that will crack if you even sneeze at it.

the cheap ones yes.
Although to be fair to some chinese bikes most of the effin problem with them is the homebaked pdi and being run with carriage oil. the metallurgy isnt the best but it's not too bad these days and if they are actually pdi properly they last quite a while, apart from only needing a week of rain to make everything rust.
but the plastics they use on them need a serious look at, it's awful stuff.
