Take everything intended for the road off i.e lights, horn, number plate, side stand etc etc. Get the bike prep'd i.e service the motor, forks, rear suspension, brakes (fresh fluid) check brake pads, bearings, clean the carbs if need be, check the chain and sprockets too. Get some decent rubber. Sell all the road going gear (I'll be interested in the tank if it's green ;) ) and exchange it all for race plastics, it doens't matter what the plastics look like (to a certain extent) as long as they fit and are safe/not going to fall off.

If your just going to track it I'd look at lock wiring various bolts i.e sump/brake calliper/coolent bottle top etc.

Get a load of spares i.e handlebars, various size sprockets, wets on wheels if money isn't much of an issue - basically anything you can replace if needed while track side.

That should get you somewhere near.

Oh, if you haven't already got one, a trailer or van is handy as is a mate who can take it back from the track if (god forbid) you bin it and can't drive.
