Ive had my zxr beloved first big bike for 6 months, done 800km on it. But I sadly have to sell it.

Im self employed, and what with doubling car/van insurance and a host of other crap including serious lack of work out there, im forced to choose between feeding the children and feeding my bike.

It was a hard decision, but shes got to go. vsad

I need some advice please. Ebay or bike trader? Im thinking the kind of buyer on bike trader would have more buying power. But ebay is cheaper.

thoughts?

with ebay you're pretty much guaranteed a quick sale providing you're not asking over the odds, i agree with biketrader you will get more genuine buyers, but again you will get a lot less price on ebay, depends how quick you want to sell it and how much you're prepared to take for it.What about gumtree? or a classified ad on ebay?

I just stuck it on here :)

It needs to go, but no massive rush. just that 50 quid + is a chunk for bike trader. I guess itsa 6 for one half dozen for t'other.

went with bike trader. 40 quid and you go on the website for 3 weeks, in the bike trader and auto trader. same cost as ebay and hopefully i get more for it than i paid and that would be a touch.

Still.

try putting an add in practical sportsbikes - it's aimed at 70-90s sportsbikes, the zxr is ideal fodder for it, and the adds are quite cheap I think.

email; psreaderads@bauermedia.co.uk

sinlge coloums picture ads 25 words for 70-90s bikes is free, big double column ads with 50 words = £30

this is for two issues.
