Well, after a lot of man hours over the winter I finally got the 400 on track at Anglesey

After the initial, oh feck I've got to revs the tits off this I had a ball and managed to lap within 3 seconds of my best times I acheived on my R1

Boy is it hard work after riding larger capacity bikes but so so rewarding

It is weird how much you have to thrash them to get going isn't it? I rode a GSXR400 at Mallory once, it felt wrong to be revving it so hard all the time. Especially coming from a triple.

Yeh you have to really keep them on the boil, took me a session or two to get use to it, last time I was there was on my R1 with an extra 90+ bhp, good fun though
