I think you answered your own question Ryan?

If your talkign about where do they go after the carbs, the smaller thin one fits into a spigot on the back of the block by the stat, the other one with the black (filter? ive never known) fits into the cooling pipes down by the generator cover.

Heater pipes for the carbs that attach where Rob said.

Black canister is a baffle to restrict flow and on the return side of the system, gives time for carbs to warm up. Clear bottle has a removeable filter inside and it's a good idea to remove and clean every coolant change.

my gpz uses the same system, minus the filter. the filter seems to be alot finer grained than the items it's protecting, so clogs up far too easy, then denies heating for your carbs. hence mine is now sans the filter, and 5000 miles later is fine. on last carb inspection the routes through the carbs blew through easily, so they're obviously not getting block due to lack of filter.
